 WHAT CAN YOU DO?

So, what can you do about RTNCs?

Well, the only thing you can do is stop consuming RTNCs.  That's the only way to halt the neurological damage and to regain your health, clarity, and well-being.

Indeed, it’s not going to be easy to remove RTNCs from your family’s diet.  But, if you truly want to sleep better, breathe easier, have more energy, and live healthier, avoiding RTNCs will make all the difference in the world.

Until the nation’s foodmakers stop using RTNCs in their ingredients, you may have to change brands, shop at stores that carry additive-free products, and make some serious sacrifices.  No more pizza delivery; no more fried appetizer platters; no more TV dinners.  You should also stop using caffeine (it's a neurotoxin!), and stay away from synthetic salts, spices, and seasonings.

It’ll take a lot of time and discipline, but you’ll soon notice the positive results of being RTNC-FREE.  And, you will no longer need sleeping pills, headache medicines, and other expensive and unnecessary treatments.

Give yourself at least six weeks for the caffeine and other neurotoxins to get completely out of your system.  You must stay absolutely additive-free to see any sustained health benefits.  But soon, when you're RTNC-FREE, you’ll be able to feel good every day for the rest of your life.

 READING INGREDIENT LABELS

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has no rule requiring the clear disclosure or labeling of RTNC ingredients.  So, food manufacturers deviously hide RTNCs by listing them under other cryptic "alias" names, such as Natural Flavors, Malted Barley Flour, Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Protein, Broth, Seasonings, Spice, and many others.

These secret sources of RTNCs can be found as ingredients in practically all packaged foods and drinks.  Even when a restaurant menu or food label claims "NO MSG ADDED," it is likely that other RTNCs are still hidden in the other ingredients under assumed names.

The only way to determine if a product contains RTNCs is to read the ingredient label.  If you spot any of the chemicals in our NEUROTOXIC INGREDIENT LIST, the product contains RTNCs, and SHOULD NOT BE CONSUMED.

To avoid RTNCs, you’ll have to literally watch what you eat by reading EVERY ingredient label, asking questions at restaurants, and completely avoiding those foods that include ANY RTNCs.  Don't trust words on the package that claim "Healthy" or "Natural"; you must read the entire ingredient label to avoid all RTNCs.

Remember:  if the label contains even one of these ingredients, you’re consuming hazardous neurotoxic chemicals.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I be expected to read every label ?

Reading the ingredient labels at the grocery store may seem like a hassle, but with a little practice, it will become second nature to you.

You will quickly become familiar with the list of common RTNCs, and you'll learn to recognize them easily.  They'll practically jump out at you from the label!

Looking for RTNCs on an ingredient label adds less than 10-seconds to your shopping time.  Isn't it worth that little extra time to protect you and your family from hazardous chemical ingredients?

If you don't read the ingredient labels of every food you eat, you are putting you and your family at risk.  You are willingly eating poison.  You're handing a loaded gun to the food manufacturing industry, and asking them to put a bullet in your brain.

Read the label; it may save your life!

If these chemicals are so dangerous, why
does the F.D.A. allow manufacturers to
include RTNCs in our foods ?

Unfortunately, the food industry is controlled by powerful corporations which have great political influence over the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other government regulatory agencies.  Obviously, it is in the best interest of the food manufacturers to defend their use of RTNCs, since these inexpensive chemicals make their products delicious and habit-forming.  As in the tobacco industry, the manufacturers who use RTNCs will stop at nothing to make a buck, regardless of the health costs.

Until consumers demand a radical change in food labeling rules and ingredient regulations, and until consumers stop buying these processed foods, RTNCs are here to stay.
